Pickup and Delivery
How orders leave your nursery. Most of it happens behind the scenes; here is what we ask of you.
Your truck or ours
If you deliver with your own trucks, you can quote delivery with the order. If not, we schedule a pickup at your yard.
Confirm pickup readiness
In the nursery portal, confirm the pickup address, the loading equipment on hand, and an on-site contact for the driver.
Pull, stage, and load
Pull the trees on the purchase order, stage them, and load the truck within the pickup window, using your equipment and crew.
When the trees become ours
On pickups we schedule, ownership passes when the trees are loaded onto the truck. If you deliver, it passes on delivery. Damage in transit on our pickups is handled with the carrier.
Payment
Payment reaches your account within 7 days of pickup.
After delivery
We report any defects within 72 hours of delivery, with photos. You issue a credit or ship a replacement within 14 days, and you pay the freight on replacements.

Do I need a forklift?
Tell us what equipment you have in the pickup readiness form, and we plan the pickup around it.
What if the pickup date needs to change?
Tell us in the nursery portal, and we'll reschedule the pickup window.
