Quality That Protects Both of Us
Our quality system is calibrated to per-tree value — not order size. Commodity stock ships fast with a warranty backstop. High-value specimens get photo review before they load. This protects you: you get confirmation the trees will be accepted before they leave your yard.
No inspection required. Commodity stock ships without photo documentation. A 90-day TSC warranty covers replacement for defects in health or species accuracy. A $25,000 order of arborvitae at $25/tree falls here — we're not going to ask you to photograph 1,000 identical trees.
Submit a 15-second walk-around video or 4 photos per tree from your phone. Our system reviews against ANSI Z60.1 plus species-specific quality criteria — matched to each cultivar's growth form — and returns approval within 60 seconds. Approved trees are confirmed for shipment. You know they'll be accepted before they leave.
For orders with 5 or more high-value specimens, we arrange an ISA Certified Arborist at your facility to hand-select and tag approved trees. Only tagged trees ship. The arborist uses a structured grading app — not a clipboard. This is the standard for estate-grade specimens.
Our QC reviews against 18 distinct growth form profiles — weeping, multi-stem, columnar, vase, and more. A weeping maple is graded on cascade symmetry, not single-leader structure. No false rejections on non-standard forms.

Trees under $200 ship without inspection — a 90-day warranty handles any issues. For trees over $200, our photo review gives you confirmation before loading. If a tree doesn't pass, you substitute or credit the PO. The tree stays in your row — no return freight.
We handle freight through our carrier network — you don't coordinate trucks. You pull the order, load it at a scheduled pickup window, and we take it from there. If you have delivery capability and want to quote on delivery too, we can discuss that.
