Quality
Quality runs through the relationship. Growers whose stock holds up get repeat orders; we stop ordering from growers whose stock doesn't. Before loading, our AI software can grade the trees from a short smartphone video, and if a tree looks questionable we may ask for a quick FaceTime call. These checks are an extra precaution and don't replace acceptance at delivery: we can report defects within 72 hours of delivery, with photos, for a replacement or a credit.

However's easiest for you. Email us a spreadsheet. Share a Google Sheet. Or enter it directly in the Emerald Portal. We need species, container sizes, quantities, and your wholesale price. Update it whenever your stock changes — weekly, monthly, or in real time. We can set up your real-time integration to keep it easy for you.
Before loading, the tree stays in your row and you substitute or adjust the PO. After delivery, we report defects within 72 hours, with photos, and you issue a credit or ship a replacement within 14 days. No return freight for trees declined before loading.
Yes. If you deliver with your own trucks, you can quote delivery with the order. If not, we coordinate pickup, and you pull the order and load it at the agreed time.
It depends on your species mix, your pricing, and how many Green Maestro jobs are booked within about 100 miles of your nursery. Volume is growing in the Pacific Northwest.
